1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal information: Your name, phone number, email address and other details you voluntarily provide through forms, workshop registrations or communications with us.
  • Registration and payment information: Workshop registration details, payment references, payment methods and limited payment information returned to us by our payment provider.
  • Technical information: Your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, interactions with our website, referral source and other technical information collected through cookies and analytics tools.
  • Communication information: Messages you send us and information relating to workshop joining details, reminders, support requests and assessment reports.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, understand visitor activity, measure advertising performance and improve the user experience.

On our workshop registration pages we set a few small files (cookies): one that remembers your device, for up to one year, so a time-limited bonus offer can be applied fairly; one that remembers which version of the page you were shown, for up to 90 days; one that remembers the advertisement you came from, for up to 7 days; and one that counts your visits to the registration page, for up to 90 days, so we can understand how long people take to decide. Meta and Microsoft Clarity set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the pages will still work, but the time-limited bonus may not.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect certain features, including the application of time-limited bonus offers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

  • Operate and maintain our website.

  • Process workshop registrations and payments.

  • Send workshop joining instructions, session reminders and related messages.

  • Deliver eligible bonuses, resources and assessment reports.

  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.

  • Maintain registration and payment records for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

  • Understand visitor behaviour and improve our website and registration process.

  • Measure advertising performance and understand which advertisements lead to registrations.

  • Protect our website, detect misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product. We may share information with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate our website, deliver our services, process payments or measure advertising performance.

Service providers: We may use third-party hosting, website, communication, analytics and technical service providers to support our operations.

Providers we use for registrations: Razorpay processes your payment (we do not receive your full card number, card security code or bank login; our records keep limited payment details Razorpay returns to us, such as the payment method, a payment reference and, for UPI payments, your UPI address). Meta (Facebook and Instagram): our pages use the Meta Pixel, and after a purchase we send Meta the purchase event with your phone number and email address in hashed form (a one-way scrambled version that cannot be read back) and technical identifiers such as your browser identifier, IP address and device details, so we can measure which advertisements led to registrations. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use our pages (scrolling, taps and page views) so we can improve them. Tally hosts the assessment form you may fill in after registering. Our automation tools (n8n and Pabbly) and our WhatsApp messaging provider send you the assessment report and workshop messages. Google Sheets holds our registration records.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests, to protect our legal rights or to address fraud, security or safety concerns.

Third-party providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their handling of information is subject to the arrangements applicable to our use of their services.

5. Registration, Payment and Workshop Messages

When you register and pay for a workshop we collect your name, phone number and email address, and details of your visit (such as the advertisement you came from, your device and browser type, and the time you spent on our pages). We use them to register you, to send you the workshop joining details and session reminders on WhatsApp, to give you any bonus you qualify for, to keep a record of registrations, and to measure and improve our advertising and pages.

Payment transactions are processed through Razorpay. Your payment may also be subject to Razorpay’s applicable terms, privacy policy and security procedures.

We may contact you through the details you provide when necessary to fulfil your registration, communicate workshop information, provide requested support or deliver related resources.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep registration and payment records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep advertising-measurement data only for as long as it is useful to measure and improve our advertising and pages.

We may retain other information for the period reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements or meet applicable legal obligations. Where information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or otherwise dispose of it appropriately, subject to applicable law.

7. Information Security

We take reasonable measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your own devices, accounts and communication channels when interacting with our website or services.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of certain personal information, or to raise questions about how your information is handled.

You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

To make a privacy-related request, contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
